1 Metasequoia glyptostroboides

The lovely fast growing Metasequoia glyptostroboides is a deciduous conifer with brown red coloured bark and a rich-green, feathery leaves which turn bronze-gold in autumn. Thought to have been extinct it was discovered in China in 1941 in Western China. This species has been on earth for many millions of years.


2 Musa acuminata Dwarf

Dwarf Banana

Musa acuminata, is a species of wild banana native to Southeast Asia. It is one of the progenitors of modern edible bananas along with Musa balbisiana. The Dwarf Varieties grown between 1.5'-6' and are ideal for Bonsai. It has a tight leafy stem, thick leaves which are tolerant of low light and are able to take quite low temperatures, which is what make it and ideal Indoor Bonsai.

Common Myrtle is an upright evergreen bushy fragrant shrub that flowers profusely with fragrant white flowers followed by purple-black berries. It is an excellent garden shrub for growing in a shaded warm patch. As a Bonsai its flowers, fruits, glossy leaves and fragrance make plant that has some to offer all year round.
